The Advertiser indemnifies Lettings Abroad against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the Advertiser.
Lettings Abroad cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by Advertisers.

Copyright protection
All material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of Lettings Abroad or the person who listed that information on the site.

Liability

Entering into a rental agreement
Before starting your holiday, please ensure that you have written confirmation of your holiday rental from the owner and that you have evidence that you have paid your rental in full.

Termination of advertising
Advertisers should contact us to have their advertisement removed from the Lettings Abroad website. This will be completed as soon as possible.
Lettings Abroad reserves the right to refuse an advertisement or remove an advertisement from the Lettings Abroad website without prior notice.
If Lettings Abroad receives substantiated complaints regarding an advertisement or Advertiser, for example; property not as described, double-booking or other unacceptable practices, Lettings Abroad reserves the right to remove without notice all advertisements related to that Advertiser.
In all cases any refund will be at the discretion of Lettings Abroad.

Refund Policy
As Lettings Abroad does not provide an actual product but rather a service, we give our customers a period of time (7 calendar days) wherein they may cancel their advert. To avail of this the customer must send an email to support@lettingsabroad.com (or via the Contact Us form on the website) stating their owner ID or property reference number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a 15 Euro administration fee and notification by email.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lettings Abroad reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this web site is offered.
